Insight Session:
Datum & Zeit: 30.06. | 10 - 11:30 Uhr

Insight Session:
Date & Time: 02. September 2026 | 10 - 11 AM (CEST)
Do we actively choose inclusion every day? A respectful working environment does not arise of its own accord, but grows out of the culture we shape within the team on a daily basis. The foundation for this is psychological safety: the confidence that, within the team, we can contribute new ideas, ask questions and be ourselves in all our diversity.
Yet it is often subtle, unconscious patterns of exclusion that quietly undermine this safety in our day-to-day lives. It is not uncommon for there to be a gap between our good intentions and the actual impact this has on others.
In this 60-minute online session, we’ll take a look together at how psychological safety can be put into practice in our day-to-day working lives. We’ll provide you with insightful ideas and concrete, easy-to-implement tools to help you reflect on your own behaviour, break down barriers and foster a strong ‘speak-up’ culture in your workplace.

Insight Session:
Datum & Uhrzeit: 12. Oktober 2026 | 10 - 11 Uhr (CEST)
Unsere Insight Session rund um das Thema LGBTIQ+ am Arbeitsplatz, passend zum Coming Out Day (am 11. Oktober 2026).

Insight Session:
Date & Time: October 12, 2026 | 4 - 5 PM (CEST)
An initiative for the Coming Out Day on October 11, 2026.
LGBTIQ+ - A diverse community
Participants are taught the essentials of LGBTIQ+ diversity. By explaining the acronym, the definition and distinction of sexual orientation, gender identity and assigned gender, employees gain a comprehensive understanding of queer identities. This knowledge lays the foundation for respectful interaction and a working environment in which everyone can feel comfortable and thrive.
Raising awareness of challenges
In the second part, exciting studies will be referred in order to sensitize participants to various challenges queer people face in their working lives. Among other things, the difficulty of coming out, experiences of discrimination and microaggressions are addressed. The social and legal situation of LGBTIQ+ people is also discussed here.
Allyship - The „we“ counts
An inclusive, appreciative work environment can only develop if the culture and employees reflect corresponding values. How can we contribute to making everyone feel comfortable and creating less room for microaggressions and discrimination? We give recommendations that everyone can take to heart and thus contribute to inclusive structures.
Protected space for exchange and interaction
Despite the virtual format, this training offers room for interaction, as the content is accompanied by interactive live surveys. Our online tool also offers the possibility to ask anonymous questions. This often makes it more comfortable for people to address their knowledge gaps on the subject. In the final part, the Q&A, all employee questions are answered in a protected, respectful space.
Note: The same session will be held in German at 10 AM.

Focus Session:
Date & Time: October 29, 2026 | 2 - 3 PM (CET)
Parenting takes many forms – whether in heteronormative or rainbow families, parental leave for all parents, or fertility treatments. What many parents have in common is the dual burden of balancing work and family life. In this focus session, we’ll discuss how companies can recognise and support parenting in all its diversity. Sarah Greiner-Miethe will explore the topic with us from both a personal perspective – as a mum in a rainbow family – and a professional one – as Head of People & Culture at GAMOMAT. She’ll share her personal experiences and her views on genuine equality, flexibility and a corporate culture in which employees don’t have to hide their family circumstances.
Please note: The session will be held in German.
