Appreciation and diversity should not be limited to Pride month.

With our LGBTIQ+ Employer Excellence Program "We Stay PRIDE", we support our partners in living diversity sustainably and authentically, developing the organization and its employees, and making successes visible both internally and externally. In this way, LGBTIQ+ diversity becomes an integral part of the corporate culture.

We Stay PRIDE is a digital program - partners and organizations can quickly and easily get in touch with us and employees worldwide can participate in We Stay PRIDE events.

The program consists of the following focus areas:

Promotion of your Diversity Management

Our offer includes an introduction to LGBTIQ+ diversity management, an analysis of your current situation including certification of your commitment and consulting services.

Employee Trainings 

Numerous trainings and sessions for all employees for organizational & individual development.

Employer Branding

Diversity put to the test - the PRIDE Champion Audit

Audit of your LGBTIQ+ diversity management, detailed evaluation and individual recommendations for further development.


Introduction to LGBTIQ+ Diversity Management

Presentation of important aspects of LGBTIQ+ diversity management using best practice examples. 


Consulting

Consulting hours can be used for further trainings or for internal company measures (e.g. guidelines, manuals, surveys, panels, etc.).

Employee Trainings 

LGBTIQ+ Awareness Training

LGBTIQ+ basics: Meaning of the acronym, gender & sexual orientation, coming out, allyship and entrepreneurial benefits.


Diversity Basics Training

Diversity Management basics: definition of diversity, characteristics, privileges, discrimination, etc.


LGBTIQ+ inclusive leadership

LGBTIQ+ basics and input on the responsibilities of leaders in diverse teams. The workshop includes group exercises with active participation.


Focus Session

Deep dive into an LGBTIQ+ topic relevant to the company, e.g. gender-inclusive language, inter as a third gender option, LGBTIQ+ on business trips and much more. In addition, interviews are conducted in which experts share their best practice experiences. 

Allyship-Program

During the three-part program, participants become aware of their own privileges and reflect on them. The aim is to actively use them to better support LGBTIQ+ people. 

Empower

Company profile

Detailed company profile on the UHLALA homepage. Plus and Premium members receive a further profile on the homepage of one of our communities* of their choice.


Social Media Posting

Announcement of membership incl. testimonial via UHLALA Group LinkedIn Channel.


STICKS & STONES
