#UNPINKED is coming to Berlin!
After the successful launch of #UNPINKED as an in-person event last year, we are delighted to announce that the conference can take place live once again - in Berlin! Together with company representatives, diversity experts and community members, we would like to develop solutions at #UNPINKED to tackle the challenges of diversity, equity and inclusion.

🎤 Call for speakers: There will be a main stage and interactive roundtable discussions again next year. If you would like to share your DEI knowledge with the audience in the form of a presentation or a moderated 90-minute exchange and be a speaker, we would be happy to receive your topic proposal. Please use the form below to submit your proposal.
Highlights of the conference
In groups of up to 15 people, participants discuss and develop possible solutions for current challenges in the area of diversity management. Experience, best and worst practices can be shared in a moderated workshop format. Visitors can co-determine the topics of the roundtables. During the registration process, we ask for specific topics that are currently relevant in your company.
The #UNPINKED brings various speakers and diversity experts to the stage, who also answer questions from the audience. Valuable insights can be brought back to your own company through informative presentations and panels.
Many participants cited the diverse networking opportunities and the friendly atmosphere of the conference as the highlight of the day. At #UNPINKED, a wide variety of people from different industries come together - with one common goal: more appreciation for LGBTIQ+ people. This kind of connection creates a very special environment in which valuable, lasting relationships and friendships can develop.

A retrospect on #UNPINKED 2023
September 2023 was the first time our LGBTIQ+ Diversity Conference was held as an in-person event. Over 100 participants from 58 different companies gathered at the DOUGLAS headquarters in DĂĽsseldorf to learn from and with each other about diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. 25 speakers and workshop facilitators shared their knowledge on stage and discussed possible solutions for current challenges in the field of DEI management in small groups.
