This year, for the first time, our LGBTIQ+ Diversity Conference will take place as an in-person event. On September 15, 2023, we are looking forward to welcoming you at the DOUGLAS headquarters in Düsseldorf. United, we will develop solutions and answers to the challenges in the field of LGBTIQ+ diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Despite some successes and achievements in recent years, LGBTIQ+ people continue to be discriminated against and marginalized in a variety of ways. Queer and especially trans-hostile rhetoric is on the rise in the public sphere, as are the number of reported assaults on members of the community. At our LGBTIQ+ diversity conference this year, we want to give company representatives the right tools to improve the situation of queer colleagues within the company.

In groups of up to 15 participants, we will discuss and develop possible solutions for current challenges in LGBTIQ+ diversity management. In a moderated dialogue, experience and best practices can be exchanged among each other. You can co-determine the topics of the conference roundtables! In the registration process, we ask you about specific topics that are current in your company.
Parallel to the interactive groups, there will also be exciting talks and panels in the atrium. The stage program will be presented in the coming weeks.
Of course, individual exchange and networking will not be neglected at our conference. In addition to the lunch and coffee break, there will be networking sessions where you can get to know other participants expand your personal network.
On the evening before the conference, participants will have the opportunity to get to know each other in a relaxed networking format on site in Düsseldorf. More information will follow soon.
